Today Jessie is joined by her good friend and colleague, Jodi Smith, the Regional Administrator of Hospital Operations and Post-Acute Care for Kaiser Permanente. Jodi is one of Kaiser’s greatest and brightest. She was Eric Coleman’s research assistant; he is the national leader and founder of much of today’s care transition work. She is a true thought leader, a Nurse Practitioner, and full of heart for the patients, members, and people Kaiser serves.
